Just found out that my company is closing our location. It seems our jobs have been contracted to another company.

As of today, I am still home on sick leave and my last day of work is May 7. What is a girl to do???

PLAN TO GO ON A CRUISE WHILE I HAVE TIME!!!!!!

Anyone want to go with me???

Well, what we did with the time between jobs was schedule surgery, dental appointments, all kinds of things like that, cramming the appointments as soon after the termination date as possible so that we could get the maxiumum in before starting new work.

Skip the cruise idea, and pay your COBRA! :)

I am lucky my servance is covering COBRA fro several months. I would love to have my surgery soon but, finding a doctor to do it, is a pain. Most of them says I am too fat.

No, you are not. You are not. Dr. Paul MacKoul will do this for you, with less pain and better healing time than any other doc in town.
