Ladders, nightmares, dismemberment.

Going to the kitchenbathroom in my office involves walking out of the office, into the foyer, down a big long hall with no windows and then into the kitchenbathroom. The past three times I've been to the kitchenbathroom ( Read more... )

are you sure it's not Man Bites Dog?

the peculiar thing about Man Bites Dog (and possibly why it's considered so cool) is that i think it kind of reinvigorated that whole mockumentary genre. cool flick. well i liked it, anyway.

Yup, that's the one. Although my new improvised braindead title makes me titter.

Funnier even than the movie was a bizarre mocku..trailer on the DVD. I don't think I've laughed so hard or so irrationally in a long time. There's a scene where a man is sliding backwards down a bannister, and then when he gets to the next level he has to inch his way around the corner and then proceed to slide down to the next level. I was screeching about that for like, an hour.

Also I'm adding "Si, bonjour" to my repertoire of perplexing telephone-answerings.

*Falls over*

I don't really know what it is. It's either a really long trailer (with credits) for a non-existent movie, or it's a short film that has no plot and jumps around like a trailer. It's about the exploits of a character called "Daniel Daniel", being the same main guy from the movie. It's in the special features on the DVD we had. It's called something French.

Very silly.
