On being gently and repeatedly murdered

the first one with the kid sporting the school uni and pink backpack gets me all sentimental. of course all kid pics--especially Asian kid pics--get me sentimental.

and i love the man with his feet in a bucket of water reading a book.

by the way, just curious, is it super humid during this time of the year there?

Not as humid as Bangkok! Really I am not so familiar with this concept of humidity that I can step outside and go "gosh, it's humid!" It's all just hot to me. The only gauge I have is other people complaining about humidity, or their hair. For instance, it must have been slightly humid, because dorm-mate Marnie complained that her hair was curly in Siem Reap.

Here in Bangkok I got my hair cut yesterday, and they made it nice and straight so that it didn't kick out over my ears or anything, and then pretty much as soon as I stepped outside it kinked up again.

Also when I leave my packet of Oreos open they get soft within about about half an hour.

That means humid?

His English seems pretty splendid. He did say "vanish" instead of "faint" which confused me for a bit. As in: "...and then you'll vanish".

But dude, you need to go out with more cute foreigners with bad English. They're hilarious!
