i keep going for mini-runs. i have such BAD cardio. i am just getting over being sick, but i had great lungs as a singer, but always... bad cardio. maybe i am just dying of lung cancer and i don't know it. haha

I should start running again. I used to do it every morning...that was a while ago but still. I should! Props for even the mini-runs.
