She doesn't want commitment. She's scared of a serious relationhip. But, believe it or not, she DOES care about you and she doesn't want you to completely go away. Which is selfish, but I completely understand what shes going through. My advice? If you really care about her, hang around and stay really close friends with her so when shes ready you'll still be there and she'll still care about you. I can elaborate more for you at a later time if you want. :O) Goodluck and know it's nothing you did, relationships are just friggin scary. :-/
