Well I haven’t written in about 2½ years. My life has been filled with a guy who keeps me pretty busy and on my toes. Not to mention we have an extremely hyper dog who rarely lets us take a break.

The thought of New Orleans never being the same is so upsetting. Will there ever be another real Mardi Gras? What about all the shops, the aquarium, and the zoo? All the historic sites?
