I love this fic. You have Robbie down perfectly and I love the little cameos by Laura and Hathaway.

I don't know what you mean about not having Sam's voice. I know Silent Witness and I can tell you, your take on Sam is pretty good. I like how you managed to get the touch of prickliness in her - you know she spoke to Robbie that first night cos she wanted too, not because she felt vulnerable in any way and yet you manage to suggest that she is vulnerable as well and that's the sign of really understanding the characters.

I love the way you keep the mystery right to the end. If you know Silent Witness, you might guess who the runner is from the clues, but I like that you don't overdo that part of the story. It seems perfectly natural to keep that mystery going right to the end.

I have to say Stace, for the first finished fic in quite a while, this one is the Dog's Bollocks.
