For thsoe who don't like tuan, I reckon other canned meats could be substituted for the tuna, like chicken or salmon.

You'll get a completely different flavor with fresh tuna, fresh salmon, tilapia, cod or other reasonably fresh fish. The spices may need tweaked for chicken. I'm going to try this recipe as is first though. :)
