After a Long Time, Updates
It's been a while since I posted here. I am now semi-retired (if a good job came up, I wouldn't automatically say "No!"). We've lost three cats since my last post and gained four strays (I swear, Bast seems to enjoy sending us the "interesting" ones). That covers the basics. Well, Shucks!!
It seems the paperwork shuffling is taking longer than expected, so I'll now be starting at Bell on Monday, 4/11. I'm not hep on the delay on getting back to work but I can live with it since it's a sure date. Offer Received and Accepted
Well, that interview on Wednesday, 3/16, must have gone as well as I thought it did. Late yesterday I received a very nice job offer for a Sr. Engineering Specialist position with Bell Helicopter and, after considering everything, I accepted it today. Status Update
Well, the job interview I had last Wednesday seems to have gone as well as I thought it did. I got a call today from Bell Helicopter's HR department to start setting up the appropriate paperwork for the offer letter. 'Twould be nice to take a job where I didn't need to relocate.
