I'm going to have to find a way to stop thinking about all the annoying things at the office that are going on....Its very irritating.  So very very irritating.

My BFF's baby went in for surgery yesterday, they are coming home and all went well... PHEW!  He was born with six fingers on one hand and six toes on one foot.  Not a surprise asn my BFF SR was polydactil (spelling?) as well and apparently this is a very inherited genetic thingy ( Read more... )

Today on msn there was a link to How Work is like Peanut Butter... this is pretty darn similar to what I have always know about my own jobs.  It always ends the same with me... that being, they have to pay me to be there! lol  I have never reached stage 4 of this peanut butter scenario.

and am going to bed.

1. start running again.
2. go in and use my gym membership - weights 2x a week.
3. plan my meals again and pack my lunches .....so I don't go out to eat at lunch....or even better - go to the bloody gym at lunch and eat after.

I have nothing of much interest today to blather on about, I'm sure that I could drum up something to write about, but I'm not in the mood..... so I'm going to steal this post idea from a blog I read.   "13 Thursday", now I need a theme.

Today is particularly under motivating... I guess its my mid-week slump.

Last night I did a lot of cleaning up - kitchen floor, living room floor, some main dusting, 3 loads of laundry and a general tidy up of all the rubbish that I've been letting pile up all over.  Feel much better, but the bathroom needs to get a once over tonight.
