Hey, been looking all around for help with this, so figured I'd drop a line to see if you got some answers.

When I try to select anything, or draw anything in photoshop, it's like they've got a magnetized edge on the boarders. If you get within a certain number of pixels to them, it goes straight there. This gets very annoying, and I know there has to be SOME way to turn it off, but I can't find where or how. :\

What selection tools are you using? In most cases, you're sampling by color and that's what is happening, but it all depends on the tool you use.

i dont know if you'll know how to help me, but i thought id ask. im part of a degrassi icon community, and whenever i try to use an icon a box comes up that says..
Files of type BMP are not supported. You can only upload GIF, PNG or JPG files. Nearly all image/photo programs can do this conversion for you.

do you know how can i change them so they arent files of BMP? sorry to ask, i just dont know who else would know

Hi, I have a technical question, I hope you can help me; is there a way for me to move my Photoshop into another drive without having to delete and install it again? Could I just cut and paste it into another drive and then just change the short-cuts?

Excellent question! While it seems perfectly logical that you could move an installed program in theory, it isn't possible to acomplish in reality.

Make sure before you uninstall it that you save all of your added plug-ins, brushes, gradients, actions, patterns, etc and back them up. If you don't then you'll lose them. After you reinstall PS, add them back to their obligatory folders.
