J: Hey
D: Hey what's up
J: I was watching the 4 o'clock news...
D: yeah?
J: ...and I had a sneezing fit [begins to laugh]
D: uh-huh [intuiting the punchline]

J: and I shit my pants

well, isn't pee fairly common? I'm not sure I've ever sneezed out some poop.
