Finally finished painting something new

I've picked up the figpainting thing again for the first time in months. It feels nice to have actually finished something. It feels even better to be happy with how it turned out (even if the pictures do reveal my haste and slop in a few spots...)

Whoa - very nice. I like the satin effect - very nice detail work.

Incredibly good detail work, I can't see any stray bits of paint. Good color scheme, too. I gained an appreciation for mini painting when I tried my hand at it a month ago-- kit-bashed a D&D mini to look more like the character I was playing.
It must be satisfying to have hordes of minions that you know are /yours/, and not just generic off-the-shelf!
