So I'm doing my first Triathlon this weekend which is terrifying in many many ways. I'm trying to get a goal in mind for each part of the tri and getting my thoughts straight is easier on "paper". My concern has little to do with being able to complete the distances but being able to do so before each leg closes. So here goes
