The command line, DNS cache clear, nslookup, traceroute, and ping. OH MY. [final draft]

Okay, I think this should incorporate everything from http://community.livejournal.com/howto_userdoc/162458.html to make this a final draft.

This should be filed under the existing Memory Category @ General Tutorials

Create 'Using the Command Prompt or Terminal' )

Couple of minor points:
1. Under copying text in MacOS X, there's a typo in step 3: "the 'Commandl' key"

2. I still think it would be less confusing to describe the path to the terminal as
"Click Applications, then open Utilities, then open Terminal."
because there are four different Finder views; three of them require double-clicks (or right-click/open) to open the Utilities folder, and all require a double-click (or right-click/open) to open the Terminal itself. And if a user doesn't know how to translate "open" into whatever their OS does to open things, they're probably not able to use LiveJournal :D

There are all sorts of other possibilities with respect to non-standard configurations, but we can't support everything. But, these are standard configurations.

Also, a few instances of retreive instead of retrieve.
