I read it all and I am glad that you rambled about this. It's so good to finally get some of these things out in writing. You can go back and re-read it any time and see it layed out for you in print. Sometimes that makes it easier to understand, or see things that you didn't see before. Whether it be negative or positive, just look how much you've been searching. And maybe you've always known that you've been searching to be loved and accepted, or perhaps to even love and accept others, as well as feeling it for yourself.
I am in the same boat as you are, minus the fasting. I haven't fasted in ages it seems. But I'm still struggling with the why's of recovery. [and still i am not sure why i hate that word so much] I guess it's the fear of what I'll have to hold on to if not the pains of memory and these damned ed's.

Every little step you take means that ur getting closer and closer. Its those small steps that count. Like Nat said, im also glad that u rambled about this. Its a good way to get out ur feelings and emotions. Its better than not writting anything at all. I liked reading it. Were so alike its not funny. You should be so proud that u haven't purged for nearly a year thats really great stuff. Im proud of you for it.
