Discharged!!! 😄

Omg! I was finally discharged!!! 83 days of hell!!! Things definitely improved once i got over to H floor. (Thats the mental health eating disorders ward). I gained a total of 16 freaken kgs!!! (35.2 pounds). Beyond ridiculous! Of course ive already started losing, but the hospital has now told my dr that they want her to be weighing me weekly. She ( Read more... )

Ive worked out that if i have most of my water intake in the morning than by the time to purge comes around i dont get nausea. I do have medication for when i feel sick but i dont like to have to use it. Calories are still in the 600s. Need to lower that at some stage ( Read more... )
