so things have been going well. Weight was stable today (drats) but to be expected since im only managing 135 cals. Ive gotta have more to get my body 'switched on' again so i can start really losing

every little detail in my routine is very important. Even the colour of my hair tie has to be the right one. How many steps i take on each street is important. Everything is inportant in my routine. Xoxo rach.
yeah to begin with they were very stressful, but over time ive been able to enjoy the walks and also have all the ocd stuff. Its hard to explain, but you know when you do something over and over it becomes a habbit? Its like that. I do all the stuff i do sorta in the back of my mind so i can enjoy it. Sorry if that makes little sense, i donno how to describe it. Xoxo rach.
