1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of?
mmm... none
oh, except maybe Oliver Wood because hhhhot. But less Quidditch-obsessed funny as he's not in movie 3 :(

2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal?
they broke my Hermione :( Physically and her personnality. "Do my hair look like that from behind?" WTF
also, the movies portray Ron as incompetent and lame :(((

3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books?
"Follow the Spiders! Follow the Spiders! Why can't it be `Follow the Butterflies'? I think it's not in the book, right?

4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________.
In my head Tonks looks like Jewel Staite, she has such a natural sweet look
also, I had read sth about Ewan McGregor as Remus Lupin and I can't get it out of my head

5. What is your overall opinion of the movies?I'm overall disappointed. I'm very happy with the portrayal of some characters or the look of the castle, etc. but there are some things I ( ... )

1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of? I don't think any of them. There are characters who do really well in their roles (like Lucius), but other than that I don't think that any of them are better than what comes out of my own imagination.

2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal? Ooh, that is easy. Hermione, Sirius, and Dumbledore. Yes, very important characters, mind you.

3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books? "Oh my god, I've killed Harry Potter!"

4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________. Tim Roth would play Snape

5. What is your overall opinion of the movies? Meh. (yes, that is an opinion, lol)

1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of?
None really, though getting to watch Alan Rickman do his Patented Snape DramaFlounce is pretty damn entertaining. :D

2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal?
Remus and Sirius. I've nothing against David Thewlis and Gary Oldman; I just dislike them for those roles.

3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books?
"You tell those spiders, Ron." Hands down. :D Although "Oh my God, I've killed Harry Potter!" is another gem.

4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________.
Ewan MacGregor would've made a stunning Remus.

5. What is your overall opinion of the movies?
They're not the books. But if you just take them as what they are -- movies, and not the books -- they're really not half bad.

"You tell those spiders, Ron."

That was the funniest line in any movie ever.

"Oh my God, I've killed Harry Potter!"

Which movie is that from? I'm drawing a complete blank.

1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of?
I prefer Movie!McGonagall to Book!McGonagall, actually. Maggie Smith gives her a naughtiness that you don't get from the books. I like that.

2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal?
Oh God. Movie!Ron. He's my favourite character, but the movies have just turned him into this barely-competent, "OMGWTFSCARED" sidekick. It really pisses me off.

3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books?
In GoF, when Filch is running up and down the Great Hall. Cracked me the frak up. I don't remember that bit in the book.

4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________.
In a perfect world, Cate Blanchett would play Narcissa Malfoy. I think she could hold her own with Jason Issacs!Lucius, and it would be delicious to watch them together. XD

5. What is your overall opinion of the movies?Meh. Visually, each movie gets better and better. I don't like the character development (or lack ( ... )

1. Which character do you actually prefer the movie version of? Snape, perhaps? I still loathe him either way, but there's something about Alan Rickman that helps out the character a bit...
2. Which character do you usually love, but dislike his or her movie portrayal? Sirius. Gary Oldman is just...eh.
3. What is your favorite moment/line/etc. added to the movies that doesn't show up in the books? I liked the scene in the fourth where McGonagall told the Gryffindors about the Yule Ball and asked Ron to dance with her & such...
4. In a perfect world, ________ would play _________. I just glanced up at the comment above mine, and I have to agree about Cate Blanchett playing Narcissa Malfoy. Maybe it's just because I'm in love with Cate as an actress, but she can take on any role and make it fabulous. She's amazing.
5. What is your overall opinion of the movies? Eh...the effects and visuals are all good, but there always seems to be something lacking. In the first two, it was the acting, and it all seemed way too Disney-ish. In GoF, ( ... )

One of my least favorite scenes from the movies is in GoF when Moaning Myrtle starts flirting with Harry in the bathtub. What the heck? Just...no.

I dunno.... That's actually pretty much how I pictured what is happening in the book.

I just thought it was a bit over-the-top and unnecessary, especially when she dove under the water. I think I remember her in the book saying "Don't worry, I closed my eyes when you got in" (paraphrased) and not seeming very interested in the fact that Harry was naked. It was just too much for me. Maybe it's just me...I'm the type of person that gets really annoyed when there are any blatant sexual hints in movies that are supposed to be geared toward kids.

It comes from that whole 'protect the kiddies from sex!' thing. But really. Most kids know that girls aren't "supposed" to see boys naked, and it adds a sense of teenage awkwardness to it -- Harry is 14 in this movie.
