Does anybody know how to pronounce the woman’s name Signe?

It’s Scandinavian, so I’m assuming it should be said “Seeg-neh” or ”Seeg-nuh” but my background in French makes me want to say “See-nyi”, which I know isn’t right. (She’s a character in a book I’m reading, and it makes me metaphorically stumble every time I read her name…)
