I'm now officially homeless but have a roof over my head. Because I've become indigent, the county of Los Angeles awards me $221 a month for what they call "General Relief." R.I.P. Fridgie the Ford Focus 10-3-01 to 12-6-11
My little Ford is going to salvage yard heaven in a day or two. The car has been at the Ford dealership since September 30. I took it there for a quote to find out why it failed the emissions test with the hope that it would cost more than $1500 to repair knowing that if the cost to repair the car exceeded $1500, DMV would have give me a smog ( Read more... ) -

Mina, Alec & I plus the three kitties spent much of this week at the home of our friends Randy & Pierre while our house was fumigated. The boys were out of town and let us use their condo. I took many pics of the cats. -
Inkie 1992 - 2011
Today was Inkie's last day with me. He followed me around the house this morning as I packed to move tomorrow. He refused his food and water but was very excited to have a few bites of chicken. He spent the afternoon snuggled into my sweatshirt on the sofa looking very cute.

I didn't get the job. The company's recruiter called and said the training was full and there were no immediate plans for another training class. So shit. -
