I was looking through the Electronics Section of Wal-Mart and found a Three-dollar DVD Section with a bunch of movies I already have, then noticed a copy of "Sherlock Holmes" with Gareth David-Lloyd in the rack with the appropriate sticker saying it was three bucks. Can I catch a break?
Apparently so. I went to the new temp job yesterday, but had to leave because of stomach problems. They told me to come back today and that they would keep the position for me (I seemed to go white and run for the bathroom five times in a little less than two hours). Went back today and stayed the whole day, finding out the person I worked with ( Read more... ) -
Good news...
There's nothing wrong with my stomach. Just a fatty liver, so I've got to lose weight.
In other news I have a 9 AM interview in Manchester tomorrow (1/6/10), so keep your fingers crossed. I'll let you know the results soon.

Well, that was fun
Just got home from a long day at work and found out the assignment's over. No word from the manager at the plant beforehand, just a call from the temp agency. Oh, well, at least I don't have to worry about cooking anything for the Christmas Party they were having. -

but it's August 31st.
A week away and I'm already tossing and turning in trepidation. Oh, well, I'll try it and see what happens.
