I enjoyed this - I really liked Rodney's description of the Odyssey as it seemed very him, and so did Ronon's reactions to Penelope. And how that wove into the discussion on Dover Beach and Rodney thinking about Ronon, and the non-declaration of love was great. And I love that Louis MacNeice poem - I would never have thought to match it with Ronon but it does fit him really well.

So yeah - you've managed to mix two of my favourite things, poetry and SGA fic, and it is fabulous. I shall now go off and find the full poems to reread and think of Ronon.

I love poetry, and in my last relationship I loved poetry in bed, and I *love* that you made Ronon a poetry lover. Also cummings *is* hot and I am glad to see someone agree in this respect.

Thirdly, I had not known the poem that begins "I am not yet born...", so thank you for introducing me to a poem which I enjoy very much. :)
