i know the feeling. same thing happened to me when i suddenly became the office manager of a sign shop 2 weeks after i started working there: i got all the responsibility, little of the credit, and the same pay. a person can only take that kind of thing for so long. you have my sincere sympathy & i hope you get out soon. i'll be praying for you (& for a new, better job!).
