Big Trouble in Little Plotline

A coworker recently went supernova upon discovering that I'd never seen Big Trouble In Little China. "How can you possibly be the person that we see in front of us, and NOT have seen Big Trouble In Little China?!" Oh, and I don't know if it's a movie that exemplifies my personality, but if there's a cheesy eighties movie that "you really need to have seen, Sue" it has GOT to be "Krull". Oh god how I love that film.

Yeah, The Last Starfighter works quite well for Hugh. That, or Labyrinth, but Hugh mentioned that was a much better fit for Baniarla, and I tend to agree.

I know it may seem cheesy since your entire post was about it, but I would have to go for Big Trouble in Little China. As nfinit can attest, I am a HUGE fan of this movie. Much to the dismay of my better half. In my opinion some of the best lines in the movie aren't the ones that were intended to be funny, but the ones that are, I don't know, filler. Like when Kurt exclaims, "What the hell!?"

He mentioned that you did him the service of showing this movie for the first time earlier this year. You know, somehow, I can completely see this as being a You-Movie! You could've stepped in for Jack Burton at any point in the film.
