I'm glad I participated in the protest, even if I did receive a rather...displeased letter from my parents. Halloween has come and gone...things almost seem too quiet after all the excitement. I enjoyed the festival, although it was unfortunate that I couldn't help out at the ball...my boss called me in for some extra hours, since the book store was having a Halloween party for the kids ( Read more... )

I'm looking forward to the festival...it's hard to believe that it's coming up so soon. I've also made a bunch of kirigami decorations for Halloween, a few of which I posted on the door of my our room...if anyone else wants to know how to make them I can give you the instructions. Having a roommate isn't as bad as I suspected it would be. Actually, it is. I am now 100% cured, thankfully. I've also caught up on all my work, and picked up a new hobby. I'd forgotten how much fun kirigami is, although I think I need a new pair of scissors...the ones I have are too large. :/ I also need to work on my folding techniques ( Read more... )

Despite the fact that my head felt like it was going to explode from the pressure last night, I think I'm finally getting better.
