Getting there... Assisi towel

I have been working on this assis/reversa towel for some time now. It's been a good project, because it has been very portable. I actually quite like doing counted-style embroidery, I find that it's an easier style than free-form, or at least takes a little less concentration.

OMG! That's just gorgeous!! I so want to weave a Perugia linen tablecloth, handcloth, whatevercloth now. Have wanted to for years but your brilliant effort is encouraging me. I've already threatened Neil with a room solely full of looms. I have them already, he has been warned :) I found this post after being friended by Ferylcheryl. After reading her festival blogpost and profile, I'm suspecting from the style, that it's Spyd?
