Dude! You have a fantastic gift for going off the rails in the most seemingly normal of presentations! XD

The rails exist specifically to be gone off of! This is why I will never get a job as a conductor!

This was so passive-aggressively awful that it makes nearly any work situation seem halcyon by comparison. Loved it.

It will certainly keep things in perspective when I finally get to go back to work. It's true that work hasn't been the same since they added the tiger, but I'm pretty sure none of my coworkers are robots.

Yet.

Co-workers or code workers? Hmm.

Does the monster preferentially eat employees who have been made redundant by robots??

Wait, is that why there was complimentary BBQ sauce in my inbox?!

This was such great fun! I loved this "management memo" that just makes things worse. Nothing like monsters, tigers, and robotic replacements to make for a productive workplace.

I hear they're planning to replace the tiger with a robot tiger if it doesn't catch the monster soon.

Tigers are notoriously lazy when it comes to hunting monsters. Robot tigers are better, since they usually have atom-blasting roars and flame vision. Unfortunately, they are mechanically unsound and break down often, at least that's been my experience. From a management point of view, it's usually best just to sacrifice employees to satisfy the monsters. Lower-performing employees and new hires are rarely missed and the practice serves as a great motivator. It's win-win!
