I experienced heartbreak this week. Okay, getting back on track isn't so hard. I got almost all the way through my card at the gym tonight, only 15mins of walking short (although the five minutes home counts for something). So I'm pretty sure I'm not going to the U.S. this year. I'm looking at my 'resolutions' for this year, and it being three months in I'm not realistically any closer to my goals. I said that if I could achieve those things that I'd reward myself with a holiday, so I can't really take the holiday without having any progress made. I don't deserve it. ( Read more... )

I have my second house inspection tomorrow. It's still a little weird having to clean the house even though it's my mum's, but I think I enjoy it better once it's clean. My house always looks kickass after I finish, if I do say so myself... and it only takes about 3 hours to get it sparkling, which is reassuring that I never let it get that bad.
