I just realised I'm a single gay man. I mean, really realised it. Not just saying it, but being it.

I feel confident, relaxed, and - most surprising of all - completely without emotional conflict.

We celebrated her triumphant return with way too many cocktails... This year is finally coming to a close... I had a terrible 2007, and a recovering 2008, and I'm ready just to get on with things in 2009.

I've joined a gym -  about four weeks ago now. I've been going 3-4 times a week, and already I'm seeing what could charitably called results.
