I was gonna mention this actually, but then it started going off on a tangent. For some reason though, Hannah Montana seems like The West Wing or something compared to the stuff I talked about, lol.

Very true! And true with literature and music, as well-just look at the Twilight books. Or don't, actually.

The more popular something is, the more likely I am to stay away from it. I was tempted to read the Hunger Games trilogy, until I saw how popular they were getting, and then having movies made from them.

I tried to read Twilight, but it was just so terrible that I couldn't get through it.

I really enjoyed The Hunger Games though. I couldn't put it down. They're pretty simple, but I couldn't stop reading it.
