So my downstairs neighbors have bedbugs. The called me up in a state and almost demanded to come in and examine my bed. I said "Very sorry, but I'm out of town, so I can't help you with that. Besides which, I haven't had any bites." They had their apartment fumigated or sprayed or whatever it is that the exterminator did. It looked like a whirlwind

I remember the days of roommates who didn't want to do their part. Very frustrating.

Well I decided to take a roommate in a few years back when a business I had went belly-up after a really bad break-up with an ex-girlfriend; I was totally destroyed and couldn't work for a while. I got very heavily indebted and was forced to take in a roommate to make ends meet. Now that's all behind me, but since we had to leave the building next summer anyway, I figured I'd rife it out 'till then and then go find my own place alone. But then this happened and well, he's making this a lot more difficult tan it needs to be. Why can't people just do their own share of things?

Listen, I can be lazy myself, but never at the expense of anyone else; I do have my pride you know and this is what I don't get about this guy; he is not bothered one wit if someone else does it for him; it's completely fine in his book. Fucking spoiled brat!
