The scary part is, in most of my adult life, I have avoided trying to think too hard about anything, and grew increasingly dependent on my ability to just get by. Having just finished watching the last episode of Conan's The Tonight Show, I was moved at how genuine and kind this man is. I love him for his energy, his odd bits, his quick wit and self-deprecation, but what I appreciate most about Conan is that, from what I can tell, is that what is on the screen is what he really is like. NY Times Reader
I am really digging the New York Times Reader 2.0, whose barebones version can be test-driven for free. It feels closer to reading a newspaper on the laptop than browsing the Web site, and it can store up to a week's worth of stories, pictures, graphics and all. Father figure
So... Cinequest was about two months ago. I didn't see any movie, but there was one that was kinda familiar, since my family is Catholic, and my dad sorta looks like the father in the movie.
