It's two for the price of one today:

I can't afford to hate people. I haven't got that kind of time.

How tragic that man can never realize how beautiful life is until he is face to face with death.

I was wondering, did you ever see Underground or The Weather Underground? I was thinking Ohiolink might have the old 1975 documentry Underground.

I haven't seen it, and I just checked ohiolink and they do not have it. I will soon be deprived of ohiolink! They're kicking me out of school on monday because I don't have my tax return. Those lousy sons of bitches.

Oh my gosh-I'm sorry to hear that. What do you think you'll be doing now?

Well, I actually may be able to find the paperwork to keep my financial aid. I found a tax-return-esque piece of paper and hopefully it will be good enough.
I kinda wouldn't mind getting kicked out of school. I sort of view school as being completely pointless. I just want that piece of paper that will entitle me to liveable wages instead of scrapping by on slave wages. The part that really pissed me off was getting halfway through the semester and getting kicked out. I'm not sure I'll be going next semester anyway. If that happens I guess I'll just work.

I don't know what congresional district you live in, but I know Dublin isn't far from Coumbus. I hope you don't find my endless attempts to network via LJ annoying. This is an excerpt from a Green Party e-newsletter.

"6. SCOTT WESSLER TAKES ON REPUBLICAN INCUMBENT

"The Central Ohio Green Party has endorsed Scott in his contest for the Ohio 15th seat in the US House of Representatives currently held by Debra Pryce. Paul Dumouchelle is serving as Treasurer for the Federal PAC in Scott's campaign and has written a proposal to the Central Committee of the Green Party of Ohio requesting that we formally endorse his candidacy at the next meeting.

"Those wishing to contribute to Scott's campaign can contact:

Paul Dumouchelle
Treasurer, Scott Wesseler for Congress

Dublin, OH 43017

I don't know what congressional district I live in, either. It's pretty irrelevant since I will never vote again. And you know as well as I that no Green Party member is going to Congress.

I wouldn't say that since, 1. there are hundreds of Greens in office, and 2. Rep. Bernie Sanders is a "Socialist" of sorts. It's a matter of creating institutions of accountibility.

I think you're kidding yourself. Do you really think you can reform America? You think America is saveable? I sure don't.
