I had a really good easter weekend; a lot of People came to visit. other than that, all quiet. i think i'm staying here until december. -
Jordan Again!
i'm back in Jordan now. it is good, but i've still got a week or so of post-partem depression to go, i'd imagine.
good news! my center isn't closed! everything seems to be going as well as possible.

africa, post script
i brought back to Jordan a souvenir from Africa. his name is Clyde. He is a hookworm, and he lives in my foot. they don't have the medicine to treat him in Jordan, because the doctor says he is a tropical disease. he itches here is a picture you can look at if you are my friend on facebook:

So first, we stopped in Ouagadougou (Waga for short), and they have a place there where peace corps volunteers can stay! for almost free! and hang out! it is amazing! why don't we have one!? why am i yelling!!?

out of africa
i went on a trip to africa, for the last 2 weeks. it was pretty cool. i went to ghana and burkina faso to visit Sara. i would put up some pictures, but the computers i use here are virus-infested and have closed off one of my camera cards to me already (i can neither access nor take pictures), so i'm pretty wary of using them. i'll try to find a ( Read more... )
