How do people do it? they can make you go from happy to feeling like the biggest piece of shit ever in a matter of 2 seconds. I'm not a shitty person and I don't like feeling shitty.

I rode my bike! It was amazing once again. I loved it and I tried so hard this time and I didn't let anything intimidate me.
