I am exhausted and understand humans even less than before, if that is possible. I was taught that a leader should not indulge in the vices his people can, but the rule is different here. I don't know what's wrong with me. I can't stay awake. Why am I so exhausted?

I believe that I will need.. help. I need to sleep. But I will need to be awakened every twenty minutes, roughly. This is humiliating. Perhaps Naruto-kun will assist me.

Rain..

There's so much water here. And people use it so frivolously. I don't.. understand it. In Suna, it rained so very little, and when it did, my people would roll out barrels to catch the fall.
