In twenty-four hours, I went from being positive about quitting the swim team to being ashamed of myself for being such a lazy bum to wanting more than anything to go back.

I talked to Mrs. Markey for an hour after school today, and she made me realize why I wanted to quit the team in the first place.  I have four major causes of stress in my life
