I got the job! Ha! That was the oddest and also only interview process I've ever been to, but I also think it was odd by any normal standard. I was there from 11am til around 3pm for a job that pays £5.03 an hour and only offers 10 hour shifts. I would complain, but fuck it, I have a sodding job!

"Team Member" in the Uxbridge Odeon. Just involves cleaning the cinema screens, serving on the tills and wandering around offering valuable customer service.
