Two Birthdays in one month and both asked for a Birthday cakes.

With the first cake I got to 'kill two birds with one stone' because Anna and Kelly who are my childhood friends just happen to be twins.  I stayed up all night brainstorming on this cake...  Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling and covered in chocolate cream!

I made it my mission to grab as much ingredients on my trip to the Chinese supermarket yesterday as I could because I only go there once a month or less.  I came home with a whole load of food and the cool Japanese rice cooker that I have been eyeing up on the Japan Centre web site which was £10 cheaper at See Woo.

Tonight I made sushi and Yaki Udon for dinner.  It turned out pretty good for a first time.
