tracey...sophomore year is the perfect time to be thinking about everything that you are going through. It may seem to you that you are thinking abuot these things too early and that it doesn't happen until junior or senior year..but..you are at the perfect spot right now. COW will definitely help you with all your questions and the confrontation with that one person. Make sure if you want to say that in the sleepover...you say it! it's the perfect place.

You like to help people, and thats an amazing thing to have within yourself. You always seem lke the open person to come to with problems and just to talk and thats a very good quality to have. Keep thata...but...one thing i learned, is to protect yourself too. Don't forget about YOU. <3.

Thanks Kara i love the support your giving me, but my problem is i dont know when to let go and when to protect myself. Then i let my guard down and get hurt and feel vulnerable. Its sucks because there are certain things that i am always afraid to say...im sure ill end up telling you about them...just things i cant and dont want to deal with.
