Was the process of getting this puppy nearly as difficult as the one you attempted to adopt prior to?

I bought her out of a classified ad online from an 80 year old woman....so...no. hahah. I called, drove to her house, gave her cash and came home with a puppy. It sucks I couldn't adopt her from a legit agency but at least I didn't buy from a breeder, her dog just so happened to have a litter of puppies and she said she's never doing it again because she gets attached. She was all crying when I left.

Well, I think adopting from that woman was the right choice to make. You're doing her a favor by providing a home for that dog (that I'm assuming she wasn't able to provide, based on her age). It also serves the same purpose as adopting from an agency, minus all of the hassle.

That, and he's/she's adorable!

Yayyyyy!!! She's (I'm assuming) so cute! I wish I lived closer so our dogs could play together. That's awesome you found her in the classifieds, they're totally the way to go. I'd love to adopt a dog from an agency but I probably won't be able to until I'm done school and actually have a place of my own with a (fenced, heh) yard.
