For years I have wanted to adopt a Japanese Chin. Living circumstances had prevented me from doing so. I recently moved out of my apartment into a bigger one specifically to accommodate a small dog.

Let me tell you a little about my desperate search for apartments in Chicago.

Most of Chicagos landlord are too lazy to rent out their own units or a rental agency conglomerate owns many buildings throughout Chicago and will stop at nothing short of murder to rent out these apartments.
