Forty Deuce, Las Vegas. Nighttime.

Danny made his way from the bar to where he and Lindsay were sitting, drinks in hand. The two of them had been headed to their hotel room after dinner when they'd spotted the entrance to a burlesque club behind one of the escalators. He didn't remember which one of them had suggested they try it, but here they were, inside Forty Deuce, watching ( Read more... )

She took her drink from Danny and smiled up at him. "When you start buying them for me," she snickered.

This was possibly the most relaxed she'd been since Flack had visited. Right now, she had nothing to worry about. Lindsay thought she might've had to worry about Danny having a wandering eye, but if looking was all he was doing, she was fine with that. He hadn't been further than arm's length from her the entire time they'd been in town, which both amused and pleased her. "This was a good idea," she said with a nod, sliding her hand along Danny's thigh. "We definitely need to come back here for something other than business."

"Fine, I will. After the show." He smirked, leaning over to kiss the top of her head.

With his hand no longer holding Lindsay's drink, Danny slid his arm around her shoulders and grinned. Okay, so maybe part of him felt guilty and that's why he was staying close to Lindsay when they weren't around the Vegas CSIs. Or maybe he just wanted to enjoy being able to be more open with her out here. "You had a good idea, you mean." He smiled, watching the show. "But yeah. Next time we get vacation."

Lindsay scooted over and pulled him onto the chair next to her. Well, actually, she ended up half sitting on his lap, but she didn't think he'd mind too much. "Then I'll wear it for you tonight," she smiled and kissed him, her teeth tugging on his lower lip.

She wasn't sure why he was staying so close to her, but she didn't mind it at all. "You pointed it out, though. So, we had a good idea." Lindsay sipped at her drink, her free hand running along Danny's arm. "Definitely. Unless you want to go somewhere sunny, maybe Mexico?"

Danny grinned and tugged her even more on top of him, his hand walking along her thigh. Hard to imagine he wouldn't like this. He liked it almost too much. "Gonna dance for me too, Montana?" He snickered, tipping up her chin as he kissed her back, his eyes darting towards the show on stage.

"I really don't like planes." He wet his lips slowly before tipping back his beer and drinking. "Unless you've got more ways to distract me.."
