Feeling thankful today and full of stillness, I love days like this, I've been pottering in the kitchen and doing the dishwasher cleaning clothes and watching tv.
Its a crisp cold day, I love this time of year and I love the winter too. To be honest I like all the seasons!

I am trying to add a bit of the right carbohydrates, into my diet so I'm looking for Lentil recipes and those that include beans, whole grains, peas and pulses ( Read more... )

Today I got my silver seven sticker as I lost 2 lbs at weight watchers! Woop woop! That means in total that is 7.5 lbs and it feels great. IJC says thats 3 bags of sugar and a some milk! Also I had the best weekend for ages!
