sorry I never responded to this. Turns out its available (new menu item) at some exclusive restaurant-in-a-hotel in NY. They kept saying the name like we'd all automatically know where it was and WHAT it was, but I didn't.

Anyway, the reason it's so expensive is because it has 10 . . . grams? NO, OUNCES (that's it) of Beluga caviar on it. Yes, that's right, on ONE omelette. It's really disgusting-looking. First I heard aobut it on NPR, but then on the nightly news, I saw a picture of it. Even I can't stomach that kind of gross gluttony.

I'm sad I didn't get to hang with you and Bryan last night, but I'm down for a drink after your practice thursday (bring Jody!) if you go out after! Okay, bye.
