brrrrrrrrrr. 13 degrees out. :( Two good things though:
- This means it's ski season.
- Southern Spain NEVER gets this cold. A month and a half from now... I will be warmer.

Crazy Uphill Running Frisbee Team Workout yesterday - I am soo sore. And the team captain just sent out stats from the workout:

Total Elevation Covered: 1,000 feet
Calories Burned: 1198.53842
