We got a Regular Band email recently that had the subject heading "sad news." I hate getting those emails; it means someone is very sick or dead. We called grandma on Sunday for the first time in a few weeks. She did answer, but said she was tired and going to take a nap--she'd gone downstairs at 8:30 and played trivia, then stayed down so long she went straight to lunch, and now she needed to rest.
