Did Sarah have school today? Paige had to bring in slippers and St. Nick brought them candy. She made little bishop's hats (I know they aren't "hats" but I can't remember what they are called) at school too- sooo cute!!

We have an advent calendar it has green and red days. Carter is the green days and Paige is the red.

No she didnt have school today. I bet they would have done something related to St. Nick. She has school tomorrow--and I have my first teacher conference in the morning! hahah.

Luke doesnt care about the calendar yet, but next year we'll have to alternate days for sure.

I have done it ever since I can remember. He used to bring me root beer and the little ice cream santas. I don't even think they make them anymore.

I bet you are too young to remember! haha! They were little ice cream treats that were red(pink) and white and shaped like santa. They also made trees that were green with sprinkles on them. They were so good, I loved getting them as treats!!

Dylan has what Carter has! He totally loves it. Dylan told me when he gets older he's going to make a calendar like that but for Star Wars Legos (instead of Lego City). I told him to make it up I'm sure someone will by it.

Did you all always cut his hair? Bill started cutting Dylan's this past year but now Dylan wants to grow his out like Annakin's (the boy..not the rat tail LOL) Should be interesting growing out the crown of his hair until it gets a tad longer...

Carter reads the Lego Magazine and Catalogs over and over. He has been asking for it since JUNE!! I got it on Amazon as well, then I had to get her one too. At the beginning of Dec. they just had so much stuff, I didn't want to add to it, so I waited until today to give it to them. He would TOTALLY LOVE a Star Wars Lego Advent Calendar!! This is the 2nd year in a row I get to put a new Star Wars ornament on the tree.

We have "buzzed" Carter's hair since he was 2 maybe? Over the summer he started to want it longer, so we just buzzed it longer, but it was time for a pro to do it right. Now he doesn't look as much like Eddie Munster! haha!

Sounds like my house. See we should get these boys to work making a Lego Star Wars Advent calendar ; ]

This is the first year Dylan was into Star Wars I should go get him an ornament he would like that. I collect Hallmark Ornaments. I try not to go overboard but I have the snoopy series (mini and regular size I get every year). I also keep the boys up with one series each.

I had to trim around Dylan's ears the other day. I'm thinking I could get out the longest setting on the clippers and do the back of his hair but I'm worried about messing it up!
