Friday:
Lab meeting went pretty well...no encouraging comments from the boss, but two others went out of their way to say "good job" and I felt very gratified. Did some experiments, felt productive. Met up with coworkers for happy hour (the first in a while) and had a good time. Wasn't supposed to see the bf, as we are trying to spend more time

I used to feel the same way about runny eggs. It's hard to get used to as they are so slimy, but if you think of the yolk as a sauce and soak it up with the bread it's great.
